An autobiography with mystery, suspense, drama, accusations of crime and a missing person.

I admit I’m not one for reading autobiographies but this book is the exception. It reads more like a fictional tale than the recounting of someone’s life. An extraordinary life. If you read this I can guarantee you will be as immersed in the story as much as I was.

“The true story of a woman who loses four days of her life in March 1976 and, in 2010 following years of terrifying nightmares she decides to find out why. With the help of an experienced psychologist she relives the events of 34 years ago and, in doing so, discovers what happened to her business partner, Fred Handford. Following EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) treatment the nightmares she has suffered since the day he disappeared -19th March 1976- stop completely and the truth is finally revealed.”
